Design standard of medical protective clothing

Medical protective clothing is a kind of medical protective equipment worn by clinical medical staff when they come into contact with patients with Class A or class A infectious disease management. Medical protective clothing is to prevent medical staff from being infected, belonging to one-way isolation, mainly for medical staff; and isolation clothing is to prevent medical staff from being infected or polluted and prevent patients from being infected, belonging to two-way isolation.

Design standard of medical protective clothing

1. Elongation at break

The elongation at break of protective clothing sample is not less than 30%;

2. Breaking strength

The breaking strength of protective clothing sample should not be less than 45N;

3. Surface moisture resistance

The water level on the outside of protective clothing shall not be lower than grade 3 in GB / t4745-1997;

4. Filtration efficiency

The filtration efficiency of protective clothing for non oily particles is not less than 70%;

5. Skin irritation

The protective clothing material should have no skin irritation reaction;

6. Antistatic property

The electric capacity of protective clothing should not be greater than 0.6uc;

7. Flame retardant performance

The protective clothing with flame retardant performance shall meet the requirements of grade B2 in GB 17591-1998;

8. Microbiological indicators

Medical protective clothing should meet the requirements of microbiological index in GB 15979-2002. The protective clothing marked with "sterile" or "sterile" on the package shall be sterile.

9. Others

The surface of medical protective clothing is smooth and repels inorganic liquid, which can effectively prevent chemical substances from splashing down and prevent solid dust from adhering easily.

The cuffs and ankles of the medical protective clothing are all elastic, and the face and waist of the hat are closed with elastic necking, pull rope or buckle. Elastic necking is also used to strengthen the protective clothing. When the protective clothing is matched with other protective articles, the tightness is higher.

It has good air permeability. Even if you sweat because of work stress, it will volatilize well. It will not affect the work because of physical discomfort. It is only one-way. Medical protective clothing can exclude water-based liquid and aerosols.
